7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards or digital products.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Hygiene or personal care items that have been opened or used.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
